Loved working for Rise, super fun management team and I learned a lot.

Convenient for Students - flexible scheduling and good foot in the door for basic work experience once you graduate. Rent discount (~10-15%)

Horrible management. Law suits all the time. They hire the worst people to be the property managers. One guy was accused of assaulting an employee and terminated and the subsequent managers afterwards never stayed longer than 1 year and were all horrible. I think the pay is too low and the title attracts the wrong people. SUPER HIGH TURNOVER. Corporate Management overall is pretty poorly structured and there are a lot of unserious people. I would not consider this a professional organization.
