      Smaller office, casual setting, outgoing group of co-workers, understanding of intern schedules, showed appreciation for the interns.

      Cons

      Intern work is pretty menial - consisted mostly of packaging mail and editing spreadsheets.

      Pros

      Great company with freedom and creative opportunities. The ability to work with various companies and groups. Large to small customers including fortune 500 companies.

      Cons

      May directly effect travel and family time, but worth all of it. No set time schedule, you may have to be up at 3AM for a sunrise shoot and have clouds and need to reset for the next day.

      • co-workers were nice people • access to special events and concerts (sometimes) • D2C area of industry is growing

      • confusing relationship with parent company • hours are not in line with compensation offered • not a lot of growth opportunities
