None. It was such a wonderful intern experience, can’t recommend enough.

Most of the other assistants were kind and willing to involve me in group activities or give me career advice. Most of the agents ignored me, but there were two who were willing to sit down and give extensive information on the entertainment industry. Plenty of free food and drinks. I was never abused or humiliated, however, I am a man so that may have been a factor. The most demeaning job was picking up lunches or stocking the refrigerators. Looks good on the resume and gave me some credibility, directly lead to other opportunites.

There really isn't any structure to the internship program. You will only be an assistant for one of the agents and handle basic administrative duties. There are no teaching sessions, formal interviews, or educational component to speak of. Most days were very very boring. Very stressful environment. You could regularly hear people shouting in their offices or see assistants fighting back tears. In the four months, I worked there six people quit. Most of them within the first month.
