Pros

Nothing that I can think of.

Cons

Managing Director: -Stingy - Make staffs pay out of their pockets and delays payments for expense claims. When staffs request for payments which had already been delayed for months, he said, "It's a small thing." Without provision of a company mobile phone/mobile allowance, he expects staffs to liaise with internal/external associates even outside office hours. No welfare, no pantry, no dental benefits. -Rude - Screams at staffs as and when he is angry. Rude to service staffs, such as concierge officers or building security officers. Scolds everyone else "stupid". -Unethical - Overpromises clients and other offices, and shifts the blame and responsibilities to staffs and anyone else when he cannot deliver as promised. Always looking for loopholes, never following rules and regulations. -Incapable of management - Only good at talking, management skills nil. Unclear directions and instructions given, and screams at staffs when things are not done according to his expectations. -Suspicious - He always have to check on staffs' emails and messages to everyone else. If he expects everyone to follow his way to communicating, he should provide a template. But when asked for one, he said, "No, it's ok. You should have your way of corresponding." Whenever he is out of town, he will call back the office or ask the staffs to call him on his mobile, just to make sure that they are in the office.

Pros

Working at Arton Capital has been a valuable experience. The team is supportive, and there is a clear structure in place for training and growth. The company offers unique exposure to the investment migration industry, and there’s regular interaction with clients from around the world. Management is approachable, and the work environment is respectful and diverse.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, there’s an opportunity to develop more dedicated departments to streamline tasks and improve overall efficiency. The recent addition of a pre-sales team is a great example of how the organization is moving in that direction, helping teams stay focused and aligned with their core objectives.
