Very unclear mission, departments are segregated and don't communicate internally. The organization is severely lacking in leadership and cohesion. Quiet, drab, uninspired working environment. No promotion from within. Non-profit pay (read: low).

Great mission, get to meet with staff at arts orgs all around greater boston and make connections/network.

Big personalities, unclear focus at times, and at the mercy of grants to continue programs and funding
