Pros
No Pros at all, best case working from home.
Cons
We have all heard of companies that don’t have the best culture, but this one is the icing on the cake, and goes well beyond just a company with bad culture, into one that is troubled, wrought with bad leadership, a board that refused to help, no direction, no roadmap and false guidings to their employees.. After the company faced prior executive challenges, the board stepped in and appointed a good ‘ole boy, threw insane amounts of money at him, and allowed him to take the company on a collision course of mismanagement. He faked his way through town halls, smiling and acting like everything was normal, that funding was coming and that there were even options of a buyout. Oslan has zero pulse of what is going on in the industry, did nothing to learn about it as he was busy on the golf course, and bled through nearly 25M worth of cash, credit lines, and despite this spend, chose to recently lay me and over over 50 of my fellow employees who had worked hard under these misnomers. Greg took us to Vegas, bought us backpacks, even rented out office space, to further boost his own ego, and then when it came time to laying people off, offered no severance, no healthcare, or access to their already worthless stock options.
