Company culture, employee ownership model, exciting projects, ability to contribute business ideas for consideration, sports and social activities, excellent training.
Cons
Can take ages to get anything completed (multiple approvals), the norm seems to be to turn up late to meetings which can be annoying. Sals are definitely not the best in the industry.
