      Pros

      Arup has been a welcoming company to work for as my first position out of college. They have a robust "graduate" program that is really helpful for getting acclimated to the firm and ways of working. There are also great opportunities for mobility, good benefits, and a positive culture.

      Cons

      With the move to hybrid working after COVID, there have been some bumps in the road as far as bringing back office culture.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
