Great experience from start to finish. The interview process was structured, transparent, and respectful. Everyone I met was professional, prepared, and genuinely interested in understanding my background. It reinforced my excitement to join the team.

Very positive and engaging culture. Employee recognition is highly encouraged and supported. Leadership is calm and reassuring and does not tend to over-react over every issue (as opposed to many past experiences). Teamwork is evident beyond what I am used to seeing in similar organizations.

The only issues have been related to the fact that Arxada is a recent merger of multiple companies. Differences in systems, culture, and operational approaches have resulted in some complexities and inconsistencies. But the leadership team and individual sites are working through this.
