Pros
This is very easy work. Some patients are pretty cool. Some flexibility in scheduling. Credentialing is easy, they'll take anyone. There is potential for good income if they double up passengers going in the same direction. Dispatchers are generally good and competent.
Cons
They rarely fill the schedule. The hours you need to commit are 12-14 per day and then you still can't hit the $200 per day they advertise and recruit you to do. There is favoritism in route planning, and quality of vehicle, driver, and performance does not matter. They hire too many drivers, too few make appreciable income to cover expenses, and then drivers quit, leaving obligations DRM can't fill. So they hire too many drivers and start process again. Expected income is $600-$700 per week, less expenses. Uber and Lyft are often more profitable for the driver.
