great company - Post Graduate Arzoo Employee Review

My internship with Arzoo was an unpaid, long hour, difficult work experience. BUT It was possibly the most intimate and psychosocially rewarding experience of my young life. The CEO really makes a point to integrate interns into the fold of the mission and the vision; he allows other interns to interview new applicants because he wants to know that you will get along with them and do good work together. The CEO is also extremely personable, caring, and sees the best in you and for you. He wants to make sure that you learn, grow, and become a better worker.

It's a tiny company with a big dream; unfortunately, dreams cost money and Arzoo doesn't have a lot of that. Arzoo really scrapes by with all of its projects, waiting for a "big break", as is the norm in private equity ventures.
