Pros

Pay, 8hr shifts, low aide to resident ratio, most of the nurses help out when needed, if PRN can pick up as many shifts as you want but keep higher pay grade

Cons

Short staffed at times (not as badly as other facilities), mandatory meetings and training that are scheduled at inconvenient times, rarely see upper management on weekends 2nd shift or later
