Pros
Coworkers and those in management were really nice.
Cons
They only care about money - they docked PTO, docked reimbursement for gas mileage, forced clients to do hours that are unnecessary (which is unethical too, by the way), constantly laying off employees without a moment’s notice, did not care for those who were in their “resident” program and still forced them to work direct hours with clients - so they were never able to truly learn because they were forced to take sub sessions rather than shadow their BCBA/practice overlaps with clients. The only ones that had it great were the “higher ups” in management that got to work from home.
