Good benefits, good location with a convenient campus. Well connected with the state. Lots of kind people trapped there.

The CEO named himself “head of HR”….. which tells you everything you need to know about the company culture. Promotes yes men and discourages disagreement. Restructures roughly once a year. Very cliquey, if your not in your out. If you want to work here prepare to play a sly political-social game and kiss up to the right people. Huge conflicts of interest, alleged affairs and evident discrimination. Turnover is high and has been high for years for good reason.
