Cons
* I've never worked for a company that actively tried to not make money.
* The upper management are stuck in old ways and will not look at options to expand. They have impossible expectations.
* This position for this company in this area will not make you a livable wage.
* The turnover rate for Sales Managers and Staffing Coordinators is highly alarming and no one cares or looks into what the real reasons are for this.
* The offices are run so lean. Most offices only have a Branch Manager, 1 staffing coordinator, and sometimes 1 sales manager. Lots of offices don't have a sales manager and the Branch Manager is expected to do sales as well. The employees even have to clean the office and take out trash.
* Office environment doesn't even look professional. Company doesn't invest in the branches. Everything has to come out of the branch level money.
