There are many highlights to ascending solutions whether is the growth, leadership, personal and professional development, culture, or social impact. The reason I stayed for over a year was because there was a sense of family in the office everyone including the CEO are still very close friends and mentors to me because they genuinely cared about my growth and success. The positive atmosphere always made people feel welcomed and it personally taught me key life lessons that I will carry throughout my life such as focusing on controllable situations in life rather than dwelling on things you can’t control. I was able to learn how to interview, build and develop a team, while also learning marketing systems that made me an effective communicator. The leadership core is built of strong and driven people that again genuinely want the best for you especially the CEO, who helped me in a personal and professional level. I learned skills in entrepreneurship, built a strong mentality, all while promoting a good cause through the non profit client for kids.

If you want to just collect a paycheck or just want to clock in and clock out like an average 9-5 this is not the place for you. You get paid for how you work. And you cannot succeed without a desire to learn and develop yourself. This job is not for closed minded people, sometimes I hated the things my CEO would say but i knew I needed to hear to grow and develop.

I ultimately had to leave to pursue my master’s degree out of state, but for anyone looking for a transformative experience that challenges you to step outside your comfort zone and surrounds you with people who genuinely care.
