Pros
Handling COVID precautions very well. Very transparent about steps they're taking to keep the company in good financial standing to keep the business going. Actively solicits input from employees on their opinions on the experience working at Ascensus. Quarterly town halls to update employees on the state of the business. Marketing department is moving toward a "consultative," "we are the experts, let us do our job" culture.
Cons
Nothing outrageous that you wouldn't find at any similar company. I wish our C-Suite reflected they company's talk about commitment to diversity (8 out of 13 are men, only 1 non-white person).
