      Pros

      Robust product line, great co-workers, great customer retention track record, many industry-first user centric apps and products launched in the recent past for saving and managing funds and portfolios.

      Cons

      Legacy thinking mindset has creeped in with recent changes in IT leadership at the division I work for. It drags down scalability and new innovation, falls short in attracting new talent and falls short of making the company truly FinTech.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
