      Pros

      Company is all in on agile for the technology teams.

      Cons

      Although company has a decent organizational structure in place for technology teams, management doesn't actively work on making teams better. They are hands off and teams suffer. Also, many legacy systems in place. Developer moral is often low.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
