      Mojority of the work is cold calling at the start. You'll have to build a book of business if you don't already have one

      Pros

      They have a hybrid work model and all bank holidays off

      Cons

      Low base pay Zero support from manager for any help on deals, closing customers etc Digging out leads from the gutter and expected to close them on a high rate while regions bank referrals go to high performers ( not a coincidence)
