Pros

Co workers very supportive. Good benefits Community of on site office leadership truly has the patient needs in mind driving quality care

Cons

New upper management has separated themselves from each other- clinical doesn't talk to operations who doesn't talk to sales -- very confusing and frustrating for office leadership. VP's and regional directors only call for punitive reasons or threaten job security. The behind the scenes running dialogue " you better make sure you can prove your worth or your fired" Middle regional support network has been told to not communicate outside own role (if your operations don't contact clinical VP's or vice versa- you will make them look bad)

Family friendly culture where employees and management take care of each other. Patients and families are well taken care of, and they understand the importance of hospice.

Cons

On call can be difficult but it is necessary in hospice
