Has potential but is ruined by the awful management. Almost everyone who leaves (including high billers), leave because of the management. Consultants end up going to better companies where they actually know how to retain their staff. Apparently they've had over 5 different accountants over the past 12 months. Management are generally salty
They say the commission structure is the best on the market, but at best it's above average (disclaimer: they regularly threaten to not pay commission).
** Oh and a quick heads-up for graduates who are checking Ashdown's Glassdoor reviews before making a decision on whether to join: please disregard the positive reviews - most of them are fake. If you're genuinely keen to get into recruitment, take a look at a few other companies instead (it's not overly difficult to get a job in recruitment and other companies will probably start you on $10K higher than at Ashdown). They'll probably say that they'll throw you into the deep end, but what they really mean is that they have no time to train you but they'll still expect you to perform to absolute perfection within your first 2 weeks (near-perfection is never good enough).
Management likes to use the "the recruitment industry is infamous for having a high turnover of staff" excuse.
