The location here is owned by a family in Arkansas and is a franchise, not a corporate location.
Especially if you’re a woman, expect to be undervalued. There is NO respect for work/life balance. The more you move up, the less life you’ll have, and the pay will not match the level of commitment they demand. There was a strong environment of sexual harassment, so much so that you won’t even feel comfortable going to your superiors. If you’re injured, you’ll be advised not to use worker’s compensation and they’ll offer to help pay off the record. Don’t do this! You’ll be left with a huge bill and empty promises, not to mention this is not legal for them to do. Employees, yes multiple, coming to work very drunk and having no repercussions.
