Pros
The only good thing is the timing - 10-6.
Cons
1. No KT when you join. 2. No training. 3. No cooperation from team mates . They don't share previous communication and data that transpired between clients. So we are in the dark about it. 4. Biased towards some employees who are boot lickers. Due to such reasons I had to quit in less than 6-7 months. They had made the environment very toxic. Especially Shiva dixit, who doesn't cooperate and forces other people to not cooperate either.
