There are absolutely no pros to working with this company. To make matters worse, my dues have gone unpaid, with no legitimate explanation—just more empty excuses. This company is a nightmare, and I urge anyone considering employment here to run in the opposite direction. No one deserves to be treated this way.

I cannot emphasize enough how detrimental it is to work with Asian Research Partner. The atmosphere is toxic beyond belief, primarily due to the HR, Miss Shrishty Singh, who operates as if she is the CEO. If you dare to challenge her authority or don’t adhere to her unreasonable demands, she will swiftly threaten you with resignation and fabricate absurd reasons for termination. It’s maddening to see her play the victim while she stirs chaos with her fake accent and belittling demeanor. Higher management is utterly complicit; they blindly follow her lead, leaving employees feeling trapped and powerless. The CEO must recognize that this is not leadership; it’s a dictatorship.
