Politics at every department from management to ground

Dealing with mostly ambulances out-patient clients, there is no need for back-breaking work of patient transfers. Good amount of a variety of routine and challenging cases to keep clinical skills current.

Management does not seem to listen to staff despite feedback on constant last minute booking of cases resulting in staff not having a fixed time to go home. There might not be time for lunch as well as often, radiographer is alone and the cases are added on during planned break time. Response from management is often that there is no option to reject case and to be more “flexible” in end-of-work time and lunch hour.
