Pros
Some providers don’t say hello or speak and some staff to they just stare at you and ignore you kind of awkward and some NPS do extra for patients that need urgent care or ER assistance like relating blood pressure with out any intervention 3-4 times is not standard protocol and the structure with MAs assigned to doctors is not present at all and the workload is heavy ! Super heavy and pay doesn’t match
Cons
The back office team is very friendly and hard working they work as a team when call offs arise and it becomes short staff it’s GO MODE as any health clinic would and the building is clean the front office works with back office to assist with difficult patients I see people work as a team
