      Pros

      There are many great people in this company. Good company culture. It is not a huge company, so you can learn many things in many areas while you are solving problems. Solving problems related to the old system allows you to broaden your eyes and knowledge.

      Cons

      It also was in the Pro section but dealing with the old system is a bit of headache and sometimes discouraging and gives the new system limitation when it comes to the design and development.

      Culture - Great culture and team commitment. Product - SaaSBackup is innovative and selling well. Team - Solid team with great experience and energy.

      Small Company - Not for everyone if you don't want to roll your sleeves up and work.

      None, this is where careers go to die.

      Cons

      Owners are liars and crooks. The product was decent but sales model non existent, marketing non existant. Not willing to listen to or learn from employees. Doesnt listen to client feed back. Doesnt pay back expense reports or commissions. Stay away.
