      Pros

      Just enough pay to keep you working.

      Cons

      Management is overworked and overwhelmed. Company fails to provide safe vehicles. Company fails to provide proper gas cards, forcing employees to use their own money. Company consistently gives out incorrect paychecks taking weeks to fix them. Constantly come into my scheduled shift only for me to be sent home without pay because management fails to make sure I have a route. Compared to over amazon DSPs, very unprofessional and unorganized. I would not recommend this DSP.

      Self-Paced, Little management over the shoulder, 4 days on 3 off

      Cons

      Bonuses rarely get paid due to it being based on team metrics, overloaded route schedules to prevent bonuses from being met, disorganized

      Bonuses granted each pay stub for success in the company Able to operate fleet without much oversight Results oriented business

      Cons

      Bonus is needed to exceed minimum salary at other jobs of the same position (25% of pay) Ownership is unprofessional demanding immediate responses on What's App at all hours of the day including off days Six day work weeks mandated at 10 hour shifts. 7th day required if short staffed Asked to lie to leasing companies about vehicle conditions and hide safety issues to operate maximum amount of vehicles
