Work culture is bad - Mechanical Engineer Asmacs Employee Review

I can't remember even a single pros regarding this company, the job title we were given and the work which we got were totally different.

The salary we were getting credited in mid week of the following month, also if were to visit a Site or Vendor there were no reimbursement.

- The work culture is at best in this company which is by far the greatest asset. - I can say that the COO of IT Department was truely care about thework life balance of employees. - Its a relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. - My collegues were very supportive - Friendly Environment - Free Evening Snacks - Lunch Party Once or Twice a Year.

One of the Director from Management Team is very rude towards each and every employees. As I know every employees of this company, everyone is very hardworking and talented but that person who don't know how to manage the team and only conduct meetings for no reason. Just wasting everyones time and then complain that you guys are not working properly. Just bcoz of that director, most the employees had left the job specially during covid pandemics. You guys are just expecting everything on time but don't know to give salary on time and even not providing full month salary for last one year.
