      Pros

      People around are really good. Perks: Diwali gifts, parties, lot of parties etc. Learning environment: Very cooperative and people have freedom to learn and apply new things to work. Top management encourages people to bring innovative ideas to the table.

      Could not find any cons as of now and hope not to find any. :)

      Company is less than 5 years old and has around 100 employees, so it has a startup work culture with lot of freedom and flexibility at work.

      Cons

      Due to the startup work culture, it lacks documentation and structure. Work life balance may suffer during tight deadlines.
