      Pros

      They treat employees very well and have a fun culture. If you work on the mountain you are able to ski/board over lunch and you get a free ski pass for the season.

      Cons

      There is not much upward mobility at the company and they do not pay very much to start out. You have to live in the Roaring Fork Valley, which is a beautiful place, however, it is very expensive.

      Hours can be difficult to come by depending on how busy the season is or how many clients you can bring with you.
