Overall the management is very invested in the growth of the employees. Managers and higher level executives are extremely approachable and down to earth. The laid back company culture and the work hard/play hard mentality are great. Overall a great place to work and a company that has a great took and value proposition.

Overall the onboarding training is a lot of self-paced which can be positive. I feel like a little more structure could accelerate the pace of training.
