      The level of autonomy is unparalleled. You truly own your product vertical and see your features go live in record time. It is the best place to be if you hate red tape.

      Cons

      The "move fast" mentality can lead to frequent pivots. You have to be comfortable with your hard work being shelved if the data points in a new direction.

      When I was there, unfortunately there was a very toxic employee who gained the trust of leadership- I understand she has since left the company.
