I like working for Aspire. They have good communication from management to staff and are very family oriented. You really do feel like a family there.

You meet a lot of sweet and great clients

Management sucks at communicating. They blame you when things don’t go their way and want you to drive long distances and if something doesn’t work out they will not work with you. They will find a way to demote you. Management tells u one thing and they will do another. They don’t care if you are going thru family problems or in financial difficulties. It’s all about running you down and getting what they want from you.
