      -Lack of client facing experience -Success highly dependent on team. This is not a position for someone who wants/works better alone.

      Pros

      Have met only nice and professional people in Aspiriant. Lay-back yet technical competent. They have a lot of structure and processes in place which make managing standard procedures easy. Heavily invested in top-of-the-art software which makes our job easier. People here genuinely care about their clients.

      Cons

      People are free to work remotely 100%. It would be ok for people who are experience. But for people who are new to the work force. You can feel kind of lost. Benefits are not as great (understandable in a relatively smaller firm - like higher insurance premiums). But the 401k match really sucks. It takes 2 years to vest and the max on match is really low. Lowest I have ever heard of.
