I love working in the house

Being a startup it offers you the chance to take ownership of the projects and you end up learnning loads. There's no shortage of new ideas at AM, and each and every of them is looked into and respected. So yoou wont be lost in a crowd but carve a distinct identity in the firm. Finally the work culture is awesome and chilled out. No dress code for most positions. Frequent parties and frequent brainstorming sessions.
