Seriously some of the worst owners to own a company, especially a security company. They’re in charge of providing a service to clients but both owners are very egotistical, clouding the simplest of judgement calls. Zero leadership, management skills from either owner. They lie and cheat over and over, making the company seem more profitable than it really is. Owners say they “lead the industry” but can’t even get new contracts, it’s laughable. But sad because they continue to lie to the employees. They don’t even offer training to advance your skill set but belittle everyone for not being as “skilled” as them.
