We are disappointed that you felt your Home was understaffed as we strive to recruit and develop a strong team in all of our Homes, Schools and Colleges to ensure all colleagues have an appropriate work-life balance. We are also disappointed you feel your suggestions and concerns were not listened to, we have many ways of raising issues and concerns and these are appropriately reviewed, responded to, and actioned as appropriate.
