Lovely people to work with, because of the challenging nature of the job, you get close to colleagues very quickly Can do overtime and extra sleep in to earn more money
Cons
Long hours, sleep ins at the home, dealing with challenging behaviour and aggressive young people

Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We certainly know that our front-line roles caring for our children and young people can, at times, be difficult and we have clear induction processes, policies and procedures to be followed for all new colleagues. We’re happy to hear that we met your expectations and you are enjoying your career here at Aspris.

Business outlook
Pros
Aspris has really grown into a great company to work for, with influential leadership who have amazing industry knowledge and who make a conscious effort to ensure that colleague wellbeing is important.
Colleague voices are also championed within the business which is a great motivator to excel in my role.
Cons
None overall, however, communication could always be worked on - however I'm confident that this isn't an issue solely just within Aspris.
Job is pretty dependant on how good the kids are. If you're lucky and the kids are nice the job role is very easy, but if the kids are difficult it can be a tough role
Cons
If the kids are troublesome this role can be very long and difficult
