Good fr managing your own workload. some benefits. some travel if you are chosen.
Cons
Flavour of the month strategy employed. Total nightmare the more you do the less you are thought of. Slimy, Rude and a lot of snobbery. Will arrange social activity and not invite you along.Long hours, poor pay , no respect. Aggressive, uninspiring and critical management. Slightly corrupt.
