      Pros

      There are many places to get training and a culture of learning, unlimited PTO, and decent other benefits. The company does try and build a community in a difficult environment where there is no office, and where all of the employees are remote.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of a 100% remote company, a few things are a little broken: 1. Sales is not completely mature when working with clients, especially larger ones. 2. There is no sense of hours; you end up working longer hours even than you're working. 3. For a technology company, and having the initial appearance of having their tech stack completed, There are some flaws in their tech stack.

      Pros

      Asset Panda is an incredible technology that I love to use and is even easier to sell. My team members are incredibly supportive and so great at their jobs. It’s awesome to see our team come together the way we have in the last couple of months. If I had to describe asset panda in 3 words it would be: 1. Dependable 2. Ambitious 3. Supportive

      Cons

      Being remote can be a bit difficult to build camaraderie across departments. I don’t think that’s really a con though. Our team joined a fully remote organization for the flexibility and the ability to spend their social with whoever they want. Just something to think about if you’re an extrovert with a ready resume!

      Pros

      Working remotely and some good people

      Cons

      Terrible work environment, extremely toxic culture from day 1. The CEO is quick to hire and fire. I felt gaslit the whole time I worked there.
