      Pros

      Smart, professional, likeable employees. They work hard and go home on time, mostly.

      Cons

      Work and responsibilities not distributed well. Some work too much. Some not enough. Salaries equalized nonetheless. A whole lot of CYA. Not a whole lot of support.

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
