      There is none. Very big turnover rate.

      Cons

      Poor management, low pay, unfair, a lot of work for minimum wage, when asked for a raise the owner of the company will ask you if you have a degree. Manager having full blown arguments with employee infront of everyone and owner just sits in his office. Call center work environment. Worst place I have ever worked at.

      Pros

      Flexibility & understanding needing time off for appointments. Same Mon-Fri schedule, No overtime required. Health benefits. Paid time off. Yearly bonus. On the job training for employees with no experience.

      Cons

      Career advancement doesnt come along often, (which isnt this a good thing? no turnover!) No 401K
