      1. Contractor to client matching - off base 2. Personality tests, grammar and writing tests, video etc - appears unused in making corresponding matches - not necessary 3. Communication between Relationship Manager and Contractor - weak 4. Some Leadership team members - weak skill set 5. Not for highly experienced or educated individuals

      Virtual Remote Flexibility. Room for multiple clients.

      Cons

      The Company makes you jump through all these hoops and assessments in the interview process and after 2 Client interviews which you also have to compete with other VA’s they completely stopped giving me clients so I never got hours. After a couple months I said something about it and they sent me an exit interview.
