Associated Administrators

Is this your company?

This is an okay place to work for someone who is just starting out or someone who doesn't know any better. - Anonymous employee Associated Administrators Employee Review

Pros

There really aren't many pros. Cheap benefits. You work 40 hours a week but there is no room to breath. If you work more or less you get written up. The union doesn't do anything for you.

Cons

HR is unapprochable. Too many families/clicks which leads to gossip and discord between co-workers. There are too many tattle tales. Supervisors will believe anything, even if it's just hear say. They are the first to take credit and the first to throw you under the bus. The company prides itself on being the "largest TPA on the east coast", but that doesn't mean anything if it is a miserable place to work. No room for advancement. It's only about who you know.

Pros

Coworkers, decent amount of holidays.

Cons

Most extreme cases of nepotism I have ever seen. People are promoted and given jobs they cannot do based off who they know, or personal feelings. Someone is very rarely promoted due to being best fit, most knowledgeable etc. I have never in my life come across so many departments with such inept management. Everyone else sees the extreme nepotism so it has a tendency to lower morale.
