Pros
They paid for mileage, and had good PTO benefits, even if you were part time. They are very process oriented and I enjoy that.
Cons
What I didn't enjoy was my misogynistic boss. He often shared personal details about his life that I wanted nothing to do with, and made negative and passive aggressive comments about women (in general and in his life). They also made it very difficult to internally move from teller to banker. They would also schedule OT and then tell us we shouldnt be clocking into OT.
