Favoritism, oppresive atmosphere (where saying more than "good morning" to your neighbor results in a reprimand), constant micro-managing, constant surveillance, sub-par technology, not enough resources, upper management who will write you up for bogus reasons, knowing you will grieve and win, just to make sure you know you're under their thumb. An awful, awful place to work.
