Pros
Excellent company, well established in it's field; publicly owned; multiple locations across country and seems to be growing all the time. Treated new adjusters well and provided tools they needed to do job. Fellow adjusters were great to work with!
Cons
Workload can get heavy at times from catastrophes, etc., in some rough conditions but that is to be expected since it is the nature of the job. Might also have to be away from home at times for awhile.
