      Pros

      The work is meaningful, the people are great, jerks are not tolerated, a lot of flexibility, leadership seems to care.

      Cons

      Benefits are mediocre or worse. The goal of the company is to provide average benefits, but this really means shoddy benefits for anyone not at s high level. Health coverage is a joke, pharmacy benefits are a joke. Every decision is based on impact to stock price.

      Pros

      Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

      Cons

      There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
